In regard to the issue where the last picture of the Futa pill doesn't show, that is fixed for 1.9.
Is unlikely that the pill will be used to extend out of the studio.
In regard to Charlotte, no, she won't have a starmaker page nor make content for it, as is part of her character, she doesn't want to do starmaker nor does she like the exposure.
More outfits will be added.
The pills are "events" per se, not really for the starmaker page, but it wouldn't be impossible to make them so.
There will be more things to spend money on, but don't expect it to be huge since is not really a main thing for the game. There will be not fully public exposure.
As for collabs, the other starmaker models are raffle winners so those won't receive content but Celeste who is part of the cast already has a share scene.
