Thanks for letting me know! I've been intending to push some fixes for Unity 6.4 for a little while now, so I'll try to implement them asap. I'm not sure why Unity decided to change the way EncodeMeshRenderingLayer works without a fallback which still includes the parameter because it seems like it broke a lot of shader assets, but hey.

These are both essentially the fixes I landed on and will be included in the next update! It will mostly be bug fixes, but I'm also planning on adding optional normal maps.
