Honestly I am not sure why there is so much people disliking the new style.
Sure, it´s different, but I have to say, that I like it so far! I don´t think that the shift from the old design to the new one is automatically a bad thing. Quite the opposite, if it gives the dev more freedom and flexibility in what he can do.
Just hope that there wont be much of a story change to be "more friendly" with the Itch algorithm... :)

Thank you! I’m very happy that you like the new style (although I totally understand the people that dislike it - change is very uncomfortable, especially when it’s something you cared about) and that you’re looking forward to what comes next! I will do my very best not to disappoint :)
As for the story, I will only make changes that I am forced under threat of banning to make. Other than that, everything that everyone liked about the previous version - story, characters, events and easter eggs - will all be staying.
Unless payment processors force my hand, nothing will be removed. Only added to!
