only the first one shows up with the cursor colour :0
I'm not being able to replicate the issue. Are you sure you set the color into the default section of the plugin command? And each choice does not have any cursor color set to them individually?
Show me your plugin commands, it must look like this:

ALL INDIVIDUAL CHOICES
All individual choices must have the cursor color field blank.

Please, send a screenshot. Is way easier to see what is going on.
1) It seems to me that you only have one individual choice entry created on the plugin command. But you are showing two. Don't know if this is the cause of the problem, but just to make sure, create another one. The screenshot will be better for me to see.
2) Are you using any other plugin that messes with message, choice or cursor system?
