So very cute, it's great seeing what the final experience you made was! I really liked reading the story!
I adore the hand drawn style of everything and like that each character had their own text box. The music and art are so atmospheric, it gave a really nice vibe, as did all the level designs and parallax. I LOVED the Quetzalcoatl sprite!
I loved the dialogue with the panther guy a lot. I think I died (as much as the child can, at least) and it looped? The camera was being weird so I couldn't play any further.
I think I missed the trigger for the double jump at first, I was looking around for where to go, did a loop around and got the ability then! I unfortunately got stuck the first time after going to the village and going left, I fell off the edge with no camera and thought I had to restart. It was ok though, since I got to see new dialogue.
It would be nice if the opening scene played a little slower, too.
