All you have to do is progress the game to chapter 2(either by hanging out with any one of the guys, or going upstairs and interacting with the guestroom(door most opposite the POV on the sorta middle-left, right behind the stair railing) until you're prompted if you wanna skip to chapter 2) and then talk to Ollie until you get the hangout yes/no prompt.
