- IMO tough to discern the background from the floor at times
- I like the player character design
- The background is nice, I like the parallax effect.
- Putting enemies on different movement cycles would be a nice way to spruce things up
- More visual feedback for getting hurt would be nice, I didn't realize I was down to one HP until I died.
I think there are a few QoL changes that would go a long way with this one, but the foundations are all there. I do appreciate the jumping around feels pretty good, the player doesn't feel too floaty and having a high amount of mid-air control is nice.
