do you have a screenshot of that? i've never heard of such a message before.
I'm using a SurfacePro4 BTW. Maybe it's the odd resolution (2736x1824)?
[edit] I also tried it at 1920x1080 but had the same issue.
It's clearly a quirk of the Surface (it runs on my "proper" PC).
