If you get more than 10 items on a level, like on a 10x sweep of R-3, the button to continue is pushed off screen and there's no way to trigger it (I tried just about every key on my keyboard, but it seems you really need to click it). I had to close the game to progress - thankfully it did update the save so when I loaded back in, the items were in my inventory.
