Granted, different routes would be interesting, but a good chunk of the story happened because Stella faced the consequences of her actions and matured from it. While I want to use the draining system a bit more in the future, I like Stella a lot as a character and the path she took to get there.
That and I absolutely don't have the time and resources to make alternate path for every girl 😓
