โ Signal affects how many missions you receive โ higher signal = more options to cover different needs
โ Morale & Trust influence cycle outcomes โ how bad (or manageable) end-of-cycle events are
โ there are also random events, and even escalation like conflict/war if defense is weak and civilian pressure is high
