Hello! I wrote out some info in our discord regarding that. Generally, just don't make something too disturbing for a 13-15 year old audience since some of the people involved in this jam -and are part of the community- are young. These games should be PG 13. So if something disturbing happens have it happen off screen so imagination does the heavy lifting.
