Well, technically I think it would work as solo system with any oracle. Technically if you have any system for storytelling you could simply use the Fateweaver core mechanics into that play :)
It doesn't have anything built in, but I think it's easily adapted into solo play. If you'll give it a go and would like some help, I'll happily help out :)
