Hey, just jumping in to check if you changed these parameters in the Export node when exporting a GIF. If you didn't changed the framerate here, no matter the timeline settings, it will take these settings to export. I usually come here and make sure the framerate matches my animation, check to loop if needed and frame step to 1 to export just one frame every 1 frame step. I hope it helps!
