I am unsure what you mean, the day the bear appears is a normal day otherwise and you can choose to interact with the bear, or not - then go about the rest of the day harvesting honey then watering flowers. Were you expecting something more from the bear, or did you not see it? It is also a stormy day, for which you can hear the thunder sounds and see it on the weather in the morning so the bees are little less productive that day.
