Thank you for your response, it was indeed a main issue on our devlopment. As we tested it with others people, some will get a graps quickly on the physics, and the other half will struggles to move and manipulate the level. So i guess it's an issue with the level design and the degree of movement capabilities we allowed in our game. Sorry you get the cute little ballies killed because of it ! We take that as a lesson and will try to work on it !
