This is a novel concept to me that I don't remember seeing before (contract clauses as path branching mechanic). I find it quite interesting and I'm tempted to explore this concept and flesh it out quite a bit more in a more developed game. Proper game world, fleshed out dialogs and more visuals for the scenes and endings.
Perhaps multiple rounds of contracts as you get new job opportunities. For example, that CEO suddenly offering a seemingly cushy position is secretly looking for a very special kind of "secretary" and being the master business man that he is the traps laid out in the contract will be subtle and devious.
