Take your time. I’m just excited to see (and maybe use) train pixel art that isn’t side scrolling.
A possible scaffolding for how trains and their cars placed within the image, a schema, would be helpful.
- Kind of like how RPG Maker does doors. You have the closed version of a door of a particular length and width then you can as the programmer iterate down the image by the length to the open version of the door. Regardless of the actual listed sizes the semantics allow you to use any given door that can be created.
- Even placeholder textures like isometric purple and yellow cylinders for planing is extremely helpful.
