Maybe the game is running on low graphics settings, which is why you're having this issue, or perhaps you downloaded the Fs25_Edm_Mercedes_Benz_S500_V1_1.zip file and copied it to the mods folder without deleting the other one, causing a conflict with Fs25_Edm_Mercedes_Benz_S500. Try downloading it again and make sure that the mod folder only contains this version, Fs25_Edm_Mercedes_Benz_S500.zip. you will find it in the "My library" section.
