Thanks Neils4 for hosting the jam and I enjoyed making my game for it!
It's a real shame that itch doesn't notify you when someone you follow publicizes a game jam, since if you did host another jam I would for sure join up.
As for ideas I think maybe broaden the game type/flavor a little more since even though it was fun to make this type of game and experiment with new ideas I hadn't realized before, I am not sure if I would commit to making another one of these types of games.
Perhaps a more general Lovecraftian type experience on the theme with the creator free to make action/RPG/survival horror, text-based adventure game at their own will?
IDK what do you guys think?
