Regarding language: as mentioned on the store page, the game itself is in English, but all the on-screen text shown to viewers during your Live is fully customizable. That means you can translate and adapt everything into Latin American Spanish (or any language you prefer).
Also, the game is a one-time purchase (no subscription), and I keep it updated to make sure it continues working properly.
