There is a known issue on older phones with the data size of the game, though this is the only known issue. Which platform are you using? And is there some kind of error message?
Was having trouble with the Windows version. Surprising enough, the problem resolved itself after I disabled the Nord Protect suite. May have been a case of an over-active anti-virus system.
