The idea is very cool, I played until the end and had a lot of fun! I really like the overall experience, but I think the balance could use some adjustments. The pricing feels a bit too low, so it might be worth rethinking how developers, project managers, and other elements interact with each other. At some point it becomes less meaningful, since I was still able to beat the game easily, haha. Overall, a very solid and fun game!

Balance is definitely one of the points I didn't pay as much mind to, mostly since I figured a bit of imbalance is what makes these types of games fun often, attempting to find just which combination is the least balanced.
