This error is related to MelonLoader, not the game itself.

⚠️ What the error means:

“Failed to Download Cpp2IL” happens when MelonLoader is unable to download required files from the internet.

📌 Common causes:

• No internet connection or unstable connection
• Antivirus / Firewall blocking the download
• Region or network restrictions
• GitHub/CDN access being blocked

✅ What you should try:

1. Make sure your internet is working properly
2. Temporarily disable your antivirus/firewall and try again
3. Try using a VPN (this fixes it in many cases)
4. Run the game as Administrator
5. Delete the MelonLoader folder and reinstall it cleanly

⚠️ Important:

👉🏻 This is NOT caused by the Moan Mod
👉🏻 This happens before mods even load

💡 Extra note:

MelonLoader downloads Cpp2IL automatically on first launch.
If that download is blocked, you will always get this error.

👉🏻 In short:

• Your install is probably correct
• 👉🏻 Your network or antivirus is blocking MelonLoader
