- The standard fishing rod has basic stats around 2, leaving it rather lackluster in its ability.
- The 'Reinforced' rod is a slight improvement with stats around 3, though at 10x the price of the basic rod.
Unlocked after catching 5 fish, with one being at least 5kg.
- After that, the 'Fiber Glass' rod has stats around 4 and a decent weight capacity of 25kg.
Unlocked after catching 10 fish, with one being at least 10kg.
- The 'Carbon Fiber' rod ups the base stats to 5 and the capacity to 80kg. If you can afford the 100k pricetag, its definitely worth it, as the fish you can catch with it can be worth thousands.
Unlocked after catching 20 fish, with one being at least 20kg.
- Finally, the 'Hyper Steel' rod. At a base price 10M, it will probably be one of the most expensive things you purchase, especially after taking modifiers into account. Its base stats jump to 8 with a capacity of a whopping 200kg. (If you cook with a 200kg fish you'll end up with a dish that will up your jizz capacity by 50ml, even if you do a terrible job with the rhythm game. Also 💰)
Unlocked after catching 40 fish, with one being at least 70kg.
- For the fishing area, just keep fishing, then visit Mrs. Fisher, and you will quickly unlock them.
