Thanks for the warning. I've been in contact with PayPal since yesterday and asked for an explanation why my PayPal account is limited. It's ridiculous. I received a $1 donation for one of the free sets and the payment is suspicious to them. For now, until this is resolved and you need the set as soon as possible, I only recommend Steam or Rpg maker official store  where you can just write Neonpixel.
