The Steam version is Season 1, and this is Season 3 (Seasons 1 and 2 not included), so different content and story because it's at a different point of the same story.
In all three seasons you have the chance (controlled by a choice made by the player) to impregnate some girls. The bellies haven't had time to develop yet, though.
