In all three seasons you have the chance (controlled by a choice made by the player) to impregnate some girls. The bellies haven't had time to develop yet, though.
The Steam version is Season 1, and this is Season 3 (Seasons 1 and 2 not included), so different content and story because it's at a different point of the same story.
In the version released on itch, no one. Since the itch pant-lowering before the payment processors, related characters mean the game will be delisted.
With the patch available on my Discord (can be applied to the itch version on PC and Mac), Martha is the mother, Emma the sister, Norah the aunt, Erika and Daphne the cousins, Olivia the grandma, and Betty the grandaunt.
The board game has a reason to be inside the story that will be seen in future updates. It helps to develop Maddie and Betty stories and to flesh the nerdy character of Daphne, Erika, Emma, and Scarlett. It's a one-time thing that won't happen again.
Season 1 and Season 2/3 code is incompatible right now. It will be solved with the rework I'm doing for the "Steam version" of Season 1 that also will be published here for the owners of the current Season 1 and new buyers. Since it will be sold in independent Seasons on Steam (like here or on Oppaiman) it would be unfair for buyers on other platforms (or those who already bought it) to sell it as a single game here (or any other platform). What I will do, when I am ready to publish Season 2 on Steam, is to do a bundle price for the two first seasons. On Steam and here.
As I said, it will be revealed soon. The sniper scene was in 0.4, and I think everything should start to clear up (emphasis in start) by 0.6 and 0.7. We will see a lot of the biker girl in the future. I hope you like it.
I'm glad you are enjoying the game so far. Some of the girls show their evolution through their hairstyles (Scarlett, Emma, and more to come). Neither of them is the definitive one at the stage you are. The motorcycle/sniper girl will be explained soon. If you read the intro (where you can rename the characters and the family background is explained) it's not so out of the blue.

Yes, it's the same patch for every season. This time it enables a button on the main menu that cycles Clone/Family (Clone being unpatched and Family patched). It can be changed during runtime.
