I don't think its your fault, I'm pretty sure my internet went out during the download while I was doing something & continued from an invalid point.
(Edit) I switched to a chromebook yesterday running archh64 and debian, could I install it and run it with that?
You need Box64 to emulate to ARM64 and obviously .NET should work immediately on Windows. I'd recommend windows directly.
