I haven't gotten any Unique Items since version 4 or 5 (can't remember, whenever their drop rate was unusually high). Is there something special that a player is supposed to do for those drops, or are they just incredibly rare?

In older versions unique drop rate was bugged (they dropped a lot)
Uniques are extremely rare early, later levels will have more drop rate.
Want it to feel special. I will later make a more special animation or something when they drop.
