You may wish to clear your save data and local files, and start with a fresh installation.
I did reinstall but the same issues occurred
I got it to work. Turns out everytime I unzipped the file the resource folder wouldnt unzip with the rest.
so I had to manually take the resource file out of the zip and put it in the unzipped file.
