If the price is too high for you, then don't buy it. I valued it as I see fit for the 3+ years I have been working on it.
I have already drawn a couple pieces by hand, but to replace all the art it would take another couple years, because there are so many visuals. If you only want to buy it with hand drawn art, you can return at that point. This is the cost of hand-drawn ( a lot of time or a high budget). Note, that I'm not a professional artist, so some might prefer AI even.
