It is the same mod but fixed. After the 1.17 patch, it stopped working. Some great people asked me to fix it, so I did. Implemented a free fence placing too. Have fun
But I'm still encountering "Land Not Owned" notifications currently. I just downloaded this about 30 mins ago.
