That's pretty common with Ren'py games. You have to manually delete the save data by looking through your computer's "Appdata" folder. You'll find NMF's under "Synthetic" (pre-release name for the project). Perhaps someday we'll add an easier way to manually delete game and save data from within the app itself, but that's a pretty low priority right now.
