For my personal project, I was able to get it to line up (on my Godot) with TileSize = 56 x 42, Texture Region = 58x69, with texture origin being around (0,13) - if you want to make the bottom of the structure as base, (0, -13) as texture origin if i want the top side to be the base, where (0,0) is the center of the texture region.
