Hi, I've just downloaded the demo, and it seems to be stuck in FR, how do I move it to EN?

When you start a new game, you’ll see the option to choose between English and French right at the beginning—it’s the first screen after selecting "New Game / Nouvelle Partie".
Just pick "New Game" and select English from the language menu! 😊
