The game is currently in Steam's review queue. If it goes through (hard to say when it comes to NSFW games), it'll be something like the end of April.
Steam won't publish the game and removed it, citing something about payment processors. They've delisted the store page (only accessible with a link now).
The two alternatives are subscribestar (Ragtor's Games on SubscribeStar) and patreon (Ragtor's Games & Art) at the moment.
