The author didn't publish it on his page (he probably forgot), although logically he should have, as he has other demos that he won't publish until the copyright issue is resolved. Turrican, however, has no copyright issues left. My contact information is in the database; please write me in any way you can. Perhaps by then I'll have searched for or remembered where to find this demo.
