It seems so. And if you go for Wrong Answers Only he'll become near-impossible to avoid whereas in 1.0 it didn't matter how you solved the quizzes. Makes me wonder if there's a trophy behind doing it now.
Oh so he is faster now, and i think there might be a trophie when you beat the game wrong answers only.
