It can be gifted to Cassie and will trigger a cute cat in box scene. You can watch her till she falls asleep or enter the room and do something I haven't yet experienced. Just don't use dream manipulation on her, I tried and my game locked.
Give it to her then go do something somewhere else for awhile. It's something you have to walk in and catch her doing. I should have said that in the first post. Sorry.
