Interesting, where those settings are in 0.2.2? seems like game is in nightmare

Supposed to be right under keybinds. Can you post a full screenshot just to verify your version? And if the right version can you provide your specs, including your OS.

Unless you increased the volume, 0.2.2 update set default volume to the middle as well.

I use MacOS. I downloaded 0.2.2 from parent page, the folder contains executable and zip, which contains... another executable! And those executables are different!This is first file. I didn't change anything, including volume
This is file from underlying zip (it has hardware cursor option)

Yeah, that's version 0.2.0. My automated build setup broke somehow. I've manually exported and pushed the versions again though, so it should be fixed. I don't have a Mac myself, so can't test. So no promises. I have a friend taking a look at it later though and will let me know for certain. Let me know if you have any issues.
