I just remembered, I don't think the file size limit is just for adult games. I completely forgot that Tales of Androgyny also has bigger files that are hosted here on Itchio. I also did try to look into this a bit more myself but I haven't really found anything specific outside of just knowing that some games (or possibly the developers themselves) are allowed to have larger files available for some reason.
