The enemy sprites remind me of 90s cartoons in a really enjoyable way, I enjoyed getting lost in the map and exploring the different levels.

Thanks, that's funny as thinking of the retrofuturism theme and talking a lot about 90s sci-fi and fantastical movies and cartoons is a big part of how we got to the theme of the game, then we didn't talk about those a lot but maybe they were more in our minds than we thought when creating the sprites.
