Very nice adaptation of a familiar ocean fishing loop! The huge variety of fish was very cool to see, I definitely don't think I saw close to all of them on my run knowing the potential day/night route differences. I am a little wary of the 'catch luck' modifier; unless I am misunderstanding it seems like it will boost rates of rarer fish.... but since the quota is ever-growing, it feels like small, common, quick bites are more important to see. Possibly some room for risk/reward with catch time vs points in the future though which would be a really cool balance to try and strike. Definitely keep sharing if you plan on expanding this further!

Oh yea, there's a lot of risk to the CL mod especially early on when you don't have many other upgrades (like catch speed) to help counteract its downside. That same thing really applies to a lot of the special buffs I have currently in the game and that in my mind will hopefully add more thought into the quality of the buffs/builds using them. Plus with future ideas I have CL could have way more of a benefit...but I wont say much more on that front ;)
