I'd love to play the game but it keeps crashing right after I press start from the main menu, anybody know whats going on ?

Could you check the contents of the logs folder and send us the most recent one at team@leafygames.com? usually it's named godot.log
If using Windows: You can access the logs by opening Windows Explorer and entering this into the address bar: %AppData%\Godot\app_userdata\Idols of Ash\logs
We'll take a look at the log file and try to track down and fix what's going on
