Out of curiousity, how bad was it?
If it was that bad, it's alright to take more time off to recover.
When I first posted it was pretty awful. Couldn't sleep more than a few hours because I was too short of breath, and I was having dizzy spells from lack of sleep and (what felt like) lack of oxygen.
But after getting some stuff from the clinic I've been doing a lot better. Still short of breath here and there, but I'm more or less functional lol
