Sounds like you've done the basic troubleshooting steps already (reinstalled, etc) but perhaps you can try using another audio device, just to help narrow down the cause. Also, would you mind letting us know the make/model of the headphones/speaker you are using? You can email us using the address below or reply to this comment
If you can send us your log file, it may contain some clues to help us track this down quicker!
You can access the logs by opening Windows Explorer and entering this into the address bar: %AppData%\Godot\app_userdata\Idols of Ash\logs
