Hey some of these games make it so it has a reason why you may like to say no at times. I would like to know if this is complex in that way, idk maybe I just forget if the games decisions work that way.

I may have misunderstood your question, but as of now, all dialogue choices have minimal impact on the story. In other words, there is no missable content.
