as a new member on itch.io im wondering if i can use it into one of my own game dev or not because you say that we cannot resell that asset and or claim its me but if i plan selling a game with your asset in my opinion its kinda like selling it in a weird way but i'm asking question before anything

Hey Cryo87, you can sell your game using my assets, but you can’t sell the assets by themselves. For example, you can’t buy them and then resell them on another site. If the assets are part of a project, like being used as the game’s graphics then you’re selling the game, not the assets. (:
