more heroines! more locations! more goddesses! And dare I suggest it, futa and flat chest variants of the basic captives? Understandable if that's too ambitious though.
Point is, this game is perfect! (But I wish it was more perfect)
I assume using similar body types cuts down on the animation work by a fair bit.
If I was going to suggest an expansion, I'd go with: multi-prisoner cells. Ie, a 'Tentacle Big Cell' that can hold 2-3 people, or ones with F/F poses. Something slightly more efficient than using 2-3 separate cells? Or shrines that get charged up with more prisoners.
